blurple hospitality OS connects to the PMS and the systems your hotel already runs. It brings every department's data into one place and turns it into decisions for management and tasks for the team. It doesn't replace your PMS; it works on top of it.

Data from the PMS, the channel manager, reviews and stock records.
AI finds what's unusual, what's late and where money leaks.
Not a report: the next thing to do. Order this from that supplier; send this reply to that review.
Anything that touches money, guests or orders waits for a person's yes.
Hours saved and money found, hotel by hotel.
↺ What gets measured shapes the next suggestion.
In most hotels, revenue, channel, guest and stock data sit in different systems, and the morning report is still put together by hand. hospitality OS reads them into one hotel data model, so a delay in housekeeping shows at the front desk and a banquet order shows in the store room.
Connects the PMS and the channel manager, and brings the hotel's data into one model.
Every morning, a two-minute summary for management on WhatsApp or email: occupancy, revenue, problems and what to do today.
Ask in plain words, “What did we pay in Booking commission last month?”, and get the answer from the hotel's own data, with its source.
The right person hears about it when something is off: a price error, an overbooking risk, a sudden wave of cancellations.

Managers and office teams work in the web panel. Housekeeping and maintenance aren't at a screen, so they get and close their tasks on WhatsApp, or by voice.
Owners and groups see every hotel. The GM sees the whole hotel. Department heads see their own module, and staff see their own tasks. Who saw and approved what is always on record.
Orders, price changes and messages to guests arrive as suggestions, and who approved them is recorded. As trust grows, a hotel can let some of them run on their own.

Identity, contact and payment details are masked by default; analysis runs on aggregated or anonymous data. Built for KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, with a data processing agreement for each hotel that states where its data is kept.
The same modules work whichever PMS the hotel runs, OPERA or one of many others. They never need to know which system the data came from.
Every hotel's data is kept separate, and group access is set by role.
The interface works in Turkish and English, and guests are answered in their own language.
Each system gets its own adapter, and every adapter writes to the same hotel data model. Adding a new PMS means a new adapter, not a new product.
In development: connections come online system by system, OPERA first.
We're developing it together with a hotel group. Each module is tried first as a simple prototype in a working hotel, and only what proves its worth goes into the product, with a proper interface: hours saved on reports and checks, money found in commission gaps and rate mismatches, and forecasts that match what actually happens.
We're opening hospitality OS to a small group of hotels first. Tell us about yours, and we'll be in touch about early access.
← All our productsNo. It works on top of the PMS you already run and reads its data. Your team keeps working in the PMS as before.
It's built to be PMS-independent: Oracle OPERA and HotelRunner first, then many other PMSs. Tell us what you use in the form.
With a hotel group in Türkiye. Each module is tried in a working hotel before it goes into the product.
It's in development now, and hotels on the early-access list get it first. We'll share dates with them directly.
