When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including:

If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs in your browser and sets its cookies.

If you don't, or haven't chosen yet, nothing from Google loads in your browser. Our own server counts the page it sends you, without cookies and without storing anything on your device, and passes these to Google Analytics: the page address and title, the referring site, the device type, operating system and browser, the language, and a shortened IP address (for the country and city only). To tell visits apart, it uses an anonymous number calculated from your IP address and browser with a key that changes every day and is never stored, so you can't be followed from one day to the next. Only the first page you open is counted, not the pages you move to afterwards. Bots are filtered out, and if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, you aren't counted at all.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit the site and what they read. Google processes the data for us under its data processing terms. You can object at any time by writing to us.

Ask Blu, the AI assistant

Ask Blu is an AI assistant. When you use it, your messages, the earlier messages in the same chat and the page you're on are sent to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates the answers, and to our server to pass them on. We don't keep a copy of your conversation, and we ask you not to share personal data in the chat; for anything personal, please use the contact form.

For transfers from our Barcelona office (EU) to our Istanbul office (Türkiye), we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, supplemented by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure GDPR-level protection.

Türkiye → EU / abroad

For transfers from Türkiye to other countries, we comply with KVKK Article 9. Transfers rely on: (a) explicit consent where appropriate, (b) adequacy decisions by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, or (c) commitments and binding corporate rules approved by the Board.
