Working Hours
- Standard Working Hours: Employees are expected to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. This schedule constitutes a standard 40-hour work week.
- Overtime Policy: Any request for work outside standard working hours will only be made upon mutual agreement with the employee. For every hour worked beyond the standard schedule, employees will be compensated at twice their regular hourly rate (x2).
