1. Initial Administrative Setup
- The onboarding process begins with completing official procedures, including legal and administrative tasks such as employment contracts and insurance registration.
- Currently, we provide insurance and legal employment only for individuals based in Turkey and European Union countries, so we work exclusively with candidates from these regions.
2. Account Creation and Tool Access
- New team members are set up with accounts for all necessary tools and platforms, including:
- Figma: For design collaboration and file management.
- Coda: For documentation, project planning, and feedback loops.
- Google Workspace (Mail, Drive, etc.): For communication and file organization.
- Asana: For task and project management.
- Kolay İK: For HR-related matters, such as leave management and payroll.
- These tools are configured and personalized to ensure immediate accessibility and productivity.
3. Comprehensive Orientation
- New hires participate in an orientation session to get acquainted with Blurple’s culture, workflows, and methodologies.
- You’ll meet your team and receive an overview of the key projects you’ll contribute to, as well as an introduction to our design systems and PX practices.
4. Hands-On Training
- We provide role-specific, hands-on training to ensure you feel confident using our tools and methodologies.
- Training sessions cover our structured design process, Figma workflows, PX-Ray services, and collaboration best practices.
5. Dedicated Support
- Each new team member is paired with a mentor or buddy to guide them through their first weeks and answer any questions.
- Regular check-ins are scheduled to address any challenges and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Equipment and Benefits
- New team members receive a MacBook as their primary work device during their onboarding process.
- Starting from the 6th month, team members are also provided with private health insurance, reflecting our commitment to their well-being.
7. Collaboration Kick-Off
- Your first days at Blurple include active involvement in project discussions and collaborative tasks to immerse you in the team’s dynamic.
- We ensure that your initial contributions align with your role while gradually increasing responsibility as you settle in.
8. Employment and Benefits
- New hires are onboarded under our Turkiye or Spain payroll, depending on their location, ensuring full compliance with local employment laws and benefits.
- Additional benefits include project bonuses and performance-based incentives, reflecting our commitment to recognizing your contributions.
