• Product Partnership. Start from zero or scale what's live: UX research, product design, native mobile (iOS/Android), web & SaaS engineering, launch. Fixed-Scope Build (billed per milestone) or Product Squad retainer (30–100+ hours monthly, 3-month minimum).
• Micro-products & Loyalty Layers. Your app's reason to come back: embedded mini-games (like the Snake loyalty game inside ZES, the EV charging app used by 700,000+ drivers), streaks and rewards, seasonal events, year-end recap experiences, Live Activities and interactive widgets. Ships as an embedded module without touching your core codebase.
• AI Renovation. Intelligence for products that already exist: in-product AI agents and copilots, LLM integration, workflow automation — and Agent Experience (AX) Design: conversation design, failure-state design, trust design. The difference between "has AI" and "worth using".
• Diagnostics — PX-RAY family. See what your users can't tell you. PX-RAY tiers: Essentials €3.500 (1 week), Professional €6.000 (2 weeks), Enterprise €8.000 (3 weeks).
